Awareness Initiatives

Free Treatments

A total number of 251 neonates and infants (78 Girl babies & 173 Boy Babies) were treated absolutely free of cost at Ravi Children Hospital with the financial assistance of Ravi Foundation for the last 3 financial years (2020 to 2023). A total amount of Rs. 30,98,727/- was spent / waived off for the children in terms treatment, medicines, hospitalization and other charges

Awareness Campaigns

21 health and awareness campaigns conducted during last 3 financial years in interior / remote villages of Mahabubnagar district. A total number of 861 Girls and Boys participated along with their parents in these campaigns. Awareness created on Mother and child health, seasonal diseases, hygiene practices among adolescent girls, methods to improve Immunity etc

Physical Health

Promoting physical health among rural youth and school children, sports programs and cycling competitions were conducted. 500 km cycle rally organized by Ravi Foundation to create awareness on anemia, Rally from Palamuru to Gachibowli has become popular in the State. Successful Hero awards were presented to all the participants. Several blood donation camps were also organized.
